Hedge Fund Audit

We perform the annual audit of financial statements, performance attestations including GIPS® compliant reporting and other regulatory reporting for clients, in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States or International accounting standards. In addition, we will perform audits of the individual statements of changes in partners' capital for United States domiciled funds.

Tax Services

Annually, Kaufman, Rossin & Co. will perform the following for private investment fund clients:

• Partner allocations,
• Preparation of federal and state tax returns, including K-1 reporting,
• Preparation of federal and state tax returns for the general partner and investment advisor, and
• On-going advice on specific tax issues.
