We're seeking a professional with Estate and Trust taxation experience to join our dynamic team in Miami. Our Estate and Trust group provides planning and tax compliance services to help our clients optimize and protect assets for themselves and for their heirs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• CPA preferred;
• MS in tax a plus;
• Requires minimum of 3-4 years of recent experience with strong tax preparation (1040s, 1041s, 709s, 706s, 1065s);
• Strong knowledge of exempt organization reporting (990, 990PF) a plus;
• Strong team player and a commitment to high quality, detailed work;
• Self-starter with ability to deal with multiple priorities; and
• Ability to deal with clients and a good "executive presence";
• Strong computer skills, and experience in a paperless environment;
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) desirable.

Successful candidates will be able to work in small teams as well as independently, in a fast-paced environment. Candidates that are able to multi-task, be attentive to details, and think outside the box will have an advantage.

We're seeking accounting professionals with 4-5 years experience for our Miami, Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale offices. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.

• Ability to prepare non-disclosure compilations and experience in preparing full disclosure compilations and reviews.
• Ability to prepare individual and business tax returns, and review payroll and property tax returns.

We're seeking tax professionals with 0-2 years experience for our Miami office. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and a Master's in taxation; CPA preferred.

We're seeking a litigation accounting professional with 2-3 years experience for our Ft. Lauderdale office. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree; CPA preferred.

• Must be able to document and prepare basic summary schedules for financial affidavits, standard interrogatories, child support guidelines, mandatory disclosures and lifestyle analyses.
