James J. Reto has been with Kaufman, Rossin & Co. since 2000 and is a principal in the Business Valuation and Litigation practice.
Jim has 25 years of professional experience, including 15 years providing valuations for bankruptcy, commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, marital dissolution, purchase price allocation (FAS 141), goodwill impairment (FAS 142), income tax planning and reporting, estate and gift tax planning and reporting, shareholder agreements and buy-sell agreements.
He is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers
Jim earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.
